Are you insured?
Yes, our drivers maintain cargo and liability insurance coverage. In addition, Interstate Haulers maintains contingent cargo coverage. We maintain all required operating authorities and are also a government approved contractor.
What are your payment terms?
When working with owners directly, we collect a 50% deposit up front to reserve a truck. The balance is due upon delivery. We accept all major credit cards, certified checks, wire transfers, or cash.
Can you guarantee dates?
We do our very best to pick up and deliver on the dates that you request. However, we cannot guarantee exact dates due to unforeseen events such as traffic, road construction, weather, etc.
How fast can you transport?
In most cases, we can pick up within a few days. For oversize loads and items without trailers, we ask to allow about a week. We will always strive to transport your load as quickly as possible.
Do you have hidden fees?
No, our rates are all-inclusive. Assuming the information provided to us is accurate, our quoted price will not change.
